Job Description


Minimum Graduate - BCOM / BE / BBA

Preferably MBA (Marketing) / PGDBA (Marketing) from a reputed Business School

Experience - Minimum 07 years and above experience


BPS / IT BPO/ Offshoring / Outsourcing

Industry Horizontals

  • CLM - Voice and Non Voice & Digital (Omni Channel) -Must have
  • RPA, Analytics - Good to have
  • Knowledge and experience of Collections - Voice + Field - Preferred
  • Back Office, Shared Services (FAO) - Preferred


  • Overall good understanding of Sales/ BD Role in B2B Enterprise Sales - BPS / IT BPS
  • Ability to carry sales quota and drive numbers with aggression and solid track record of achieving large Sales Order Book and Revenue Realization - Yearly INR 5 Cr and above deals
  • Go Getter and Self Starter
  • Ability to understand client business challenges and suggest a consultative/challenger sales approach to the business problem resulting in stitching together a compelling value proposition to the end buyer
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of RFP/ Pre Sales - Working closely with Solutions team to structure and close deals
  • Ability to create and generate demand within key large accounts keeping in mind the existing market trends in the BPS- IT BPS Industry
  • Deliver sales presentations and solution demonstrations
  • Identify and qualify clients' business and functional requirements in order to obtain initial project estimates, identify solution gaps after gathering clients' requirements and communicate back to product management
  • Respond to RFI's / RFP / client queries in a timely and professional manner
